the staff showed genuine care , answering all my questions with patience. the room included a nice minibar and daily housekeeping kept everything super clean. i especially liked the city view from my room. the central location simplified my daily explorations of the area.
the breakfast service was sometimes slow during peak hours , requiring a bit of patience.

The staff provided great assistance when i needed a taxi. They helped me book one after several cancellations. This ensured i reached the airport on time. The hotel has a really central location, it was easy to walk to many places.
The room i had was small, and this made it difficult to manage luggage. I had two suitcases, i could barely open them and move around. I expected a larger room for a five star hotel. The hotel did not acknowledge our engagement, disappointing.

I found the staff friendly, especially trinh and tri. tri even walked with me to the pharmacy when i needed help. I really appreciated his assistance. i also really liked the hotel's location close to the market and shopping mall.
the noise from the street at night could be disturbing sometimes.

The location is fantastic. I found shops easily. The staff, Vinh, Tri and Trang, were friendly. They were always ready to assist. The pool was a great addition. I really enjoyed it.
The room was a bit small. I noticed a lack of furniture for storing my belongings. I had to keep things in my luggage. Everything stayed on the table most of the time.

The room was small. There wasn't furniture to put things. I saw one cockroach in our bathroom. The fitness room is also small.
